Congratulations once again on being offered a Laurie Prize.

Before submitting this form, please refer to the conditions outlined in your offer letter and check any reporting requirements associated with your award.

In this form, you will be asked to confirm your payment details, provide a letter of appreciation to the supporters of this award and accept the conditions of your award.

Payments generally take around 21 days from when you submit the required paperwork and/or information. If there are any issues please contact artsawards-info@unimelb.edu.au.

Recipients of travel awards are required to submit their travel documentation before their payment is made.

Recipients of stipends or multiple payments will receive funds as outlined in their offer letter.

Enrolled and commencing students or recent graduates: Please update your contact and banking details on the Student Portal. 

Please note you must have accepted a course offer, been granted a student ID and access to the student portal, OR have recently completed a course and still have access to the student portal.

Not enrolled or no longer have access to the student portal: You will receive a finance form via email asking you to complete your bank details
